History :
Developed in secret during the first space war by a Belgian engineer, the SiS prototype
(Stealth Interceptor Sniper) has never been operational.
Molding in a shed, he was found by Ratatarse and upgraded to make unparalleled speed
and endowed it with a very (very) long-range devastating armament.
