2021 retake on 2000s early build - 1/48 Minicraft #2124

I had this kit as a prize when buying "Le Fana de l'Aviation" magazine.
At the time, it was my first 1/48 warbird and I enjoyed the build, but some 20+ years later... it needed a retake.

Almost full disassembly, adding a PE cockpit, seat belts, and a new paint scheme for a Korean War VMF-214 Blacksheeps (yes, the former Boyington famed unit in WWII).
Played with Tamiya Corsair Weathering mùaster special : not bad !

The kit still has many defect but it's quite good looking now, IMHO.
